Managing your Auction
A. To edit your item

- To edit your item information, click on "Edit" below the title of your artwork (see image above)
- To delete, update or upload photographs of your artwork, click on "Edit Images" (see image above)
B. Relisting unsold items
- Your items will be automatically relisted if it is not sold after 30 days.
C. Relisting similar items that are sold, deactivated or were unsuccessfully transacted.
- Click on "Completed Auctions".

- Look for the items that you want to relist.

- Click on "Create Another?" to relist, update the item information and publish.
D. Archiving completed auctions (Completed auctions means that your items are successfully transacted between yourself and the buyer.)

- Click on "Completed Auctions".
- Look for the items that you want to archive.
- Click on "Archive?" to archive the completed auction.
E. What to do after the auction has ended?

Completed auctions refer to items:
- that are successfully sold to a buyer. What to you do next?
- Click on "Completed Auctions".
- Look for the items that is successfully sold.
- Contact the buyer by clicking on "Contact Buyer".
- On the text box, include your message to the buyer. The message should include your
final price, payment mode, Shipping mode and delivery time.
- To receive payment, we recommend that you use paypal to receive payment. Please go to paypal.com to register for a free account.
After which, you can use this account to receive payment and transfer your payment to your bank account. It's totally hassle-free and fraud-safe.
- You should receive payment first before delivering your artwork.
- that does not meet your reserve price
- Click on "Completed Auctions".
- Look for the items that did not meet the reserve price.
- You can either choose to relist by clicking on "Creat Another?" or click on "Archive" to archive the item.
- that are cancelled/removed by you
- Click on "Completed Auctions".
- Look for the items that you have cancelled.
- You can either choose to "Delete", "Creat Another?" or "Archive" the item.
F. How does the selling fee work?
- ArTrism.com charges a 5% fee for any sold artwork. E.g. if your artwork sells at USD100, the selling fee will be USD5.
- ArTrism.com will send you an invoice every 5th of the month for any outstanding fee.
G. Mass relisting of items
- If you want to relist many items, click on Rapid Relist. This is a hassle-free approach where you do not have to go through each item one-by-one to relist.

- Check those items that you are relisting and click "Verify".
- After verifying, click on Re-list and your item will be relisted.
H. Bulk Upload
- This function allows you to bulk upload your new artwork all at once.
- First, Download the csv file

- Enter your item information and description on the csv file according to the columns and save the file in your computer.
Note: Do not change the names of the columns
- Go to Bulk Upload section.
- Click on browse to select the csv file which you have created
- Click "Upload File" to upload.
I. To view sales report
- Click on Sales Report.

- Enter the date range of the report.
- Click on Generate Report to generate the report in csv format.
- Save the file in you computer.
- Open and view the report by using Excel.
