How do I buy?

To buy an artwork, please follow the steps below:
Click on the "Buy Now" button
If you are not an existing customer, click on "Click here to register" to register.
If you are an existing customer, enter your userid and password to log in.
If you forget your userid or password, click on "Forgot your password" or drop us an email at support@artrism.com for assistance.
For any other issues on login, please drop us an email at support@artrism.com
Once you enter your userid and password and click "Submit", your artwork will be reserved for you.
Click on Paypal to make payment for the artwork
On the secure Paypal payment page, please verify your purchase and enter your credit card details and click submit
For any reasons you cannot make payment via Paypal, please contact us at payment@artrism.com for alternative payment method.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please provide us with your full address when you buy an artwork from us.

What is proxy bidding?
|
| |
Proxy bidding means a bidder can enter a maximum bid amount and the auction will automatically bid in their absence, executing their bid for them and trying to keep the bid price as low as possible. This is nice because it means a bidder doesn't have to be at the auction every minute to make sure they are not outbid. When you are the highest bidder and you have been out-bid by another user, you will receive an email notification so that you have a chance to re-enter a new bid amount.

How do I find the results of an auction?

Use your My Area page to track the status of your bids. You will also get email notification when an auction expires and any reserve price has been met.

In the My Area page, some item bids are red -- why?
|
| |
Items appear in red when someone has out-bid your highest bid. You need to up your bid else lose the item!

Can I retract my bid?

No. A bidder cannot retract a bid.

What if the artist no longer wants to deliver the item?
|

We will refund the whole amount which you have paid if the item is no longer available.

How often are your pages updated?
|
